As sole owner of all information collected by it, FRESHE Executive Search & Consultancy Partners (“FRESHE”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This statement summarizes our policies regarding the collection, use and transfer of your personal data and the security measures FRESHE employs to protect such data and your right to access.
The Information We Collect
FRESHE is an executive search and consultancy firm and collects a variety of personal data necessary to provide its services, using a proprietary and highly confidential database accessible only by FRESHE, derived from information collected directly from you, publicly available sources and third parties (“personally identifiable data”).
Categories of personally identifiable data may include: name, date of birth, address, marital status, contact information (telephone, email), nationality, career history, education history, professional experience and resume. By submitting your information to FRESHE, by whatever means, you indicate your willingness and permission to disclose this information to FRESHE and to be considered, when appropriate, for (one of) FRESHE’s confidential (non-)executive searches. If you do not wish to disclose your personally identifiable data, FRESHE will be unable to provide you with the services it offers, since employment, educational and other personal information is necessary in order to assess your career opportunities.
How We Use and Disclose Personally Identifying Information
In order to present you as a potential candidate to potential employers (FRESHE clients), your personally identifiable data may be shared with FRESHE clients and/or transferred between FRESHE’s affiliates (currently only Trust Associates Limited in London). FRESHE and its affiliates are committed to implementing the appropriate data integrity and security measures required of the country in which it resides in order to protect your personally identifiable data.
By choosing to provide FRESHE with your personally identifiable data you indicate your willingness and give your permission to share and have your personally identifiable data stored by FRESHE, transferred between FRESHE’s affiliates and to be considered, when appropriate, for (one of) FRESHE’s confidential (non-)executive searches. FRESHE will always let you know in advance if and when it shares or transfers your personally identifiable data in such manner. If you object to your personally identifiable data being shared and transferred in such manner or if you do not wish to participate in this service and benefit from the career opportunities that FRESHE provides, please do not provide your personally identifiable data to us.
Your personal information may also be used anonymously and in the aggregate in order to put together industry, marketing and employment statistics. Used in this manner, your personal information becomes non-identifying.
FRESHE does not make use of automated decision-making or profiling.
